The new VW Tayron impresses with its sporty design and dynamic details, from the striking front end to the optional 20-inch alloy wheels. Highlights such as ambient lighting, illuminated Volkswagen logos and new rear lights with dynamic indicators add stylish accents. The optional innovative IQ.LIGHT HD matrix headlights offer additional visibility and elegance. The new Tayron eHybrid is currently available in the ‘Life,’ ‘Elegance’ and ‘R-Line’ equipment lines.

Thanks to its extended wheelbase, the new VW Tayron impresses with its spacious interior and also offers an extensive range of standard equipment such as a multifunctional steering wheel with hard keys. The optional panoramic sunroof and ambient lighting in up to 30 colours create a unique sense of space. The ‘Elegance’ equipment line features elegant wood trim, while the ‘R-Line’ offers ArtVelours inserts. The ergoActive part-leather seats with massage function and dual chargers for fast, parallel charging complete the luxurious driving experience.

The new VW Tayron plug-in hybrid combines an efficient electric motor with a TSI petrol engine and enables all-electric driving on day-to-day journeys of more than 100 km. For longer journeys, the automatic switch to the petrol engine provides additional range. Thanks to the new DC quick charging feature, the battery charges in no time.

The new VW Tayron impresses with a variety of modern assistance systems to make driving safer and more comfortable. Particularly noteworthy are the Adaptive Cruise Control, Side Assist lane changing system and Lane Assist, which enable a relaxed ride even in heavy traffic. The emergency braking assistance system also provides additional safety in critical situations. The optional proactive passenger protection system can detect dangerous situations with the potential for causing an accident and automatically takes appropriate precautions. With these innovative technologies, the VW Tayron sets new standards in the field of driver assistance and offers an intelligent driving experience at the highest level.
