The tipper service includes the following inspection points

✓ Checking the fastening, screw connections and bracket

✓ Check the safety support and fastening

✓ Check the function, adjust and lubricate the locks and locking device

✓ Check and lubricate dropside and tailgate hinges

✓ Check lashing eyes, clean and lubricate lashing recess if necessary

✓ Check net hooks for completeness

✓ Check floor and drop sides for defects

✓ Check hydraulic cylinders for leaks

✓ Check and lubricate upper and lower cylinder bearings

✓ Check the safety tipping cable

✓ Check hydraulic unit for leaks

✓ Check hydraulic oil level and hydraulic lines (tightness / routing / fastening)

✓ Check control switch and electrical components incl. protective covers (relays, cables, etc.)

✓ Check tilt bearings (plastic bearings) and lubricate if necessary

✓ Check plug pins and fuse

Price: CHF 249.–

If defects are identified, we will draw up a cost estimate and discuss the next steps with you. Any additional work and fluids will be charged at cost.
